Season 12 has made Mythic Uniques feel like something you can actually plan around, not just pray for. The loot pool is wider, more activities can pay out, and you're not locked into mind-numbing boss spam all night. If you're trying to keep your build moving without living in the same dungeon, you'll notice the new loop just flows better, and even stuff like Diablo 4 Gold matters a bit less when your time isn't being burned on dead-end farming.
Crafting still gives you the cleanest "yes or no" path
If you want something close to guaranteed, you're still looking at crafting with Resplendent Sparks. The nice part is you can line up four sparks without doing anything too weird. First, beat Uber Lilith on Torment 1. Second, knock out a Lesser Lair Boss on Torment 3—most folks pick Lord Zir because it's usually the least painful. Third, step up to a Torment 4 Greater Boss like Duriel or Andariel, which is where your build needs to be real, not "almost there." Fourth, go back and clear Uber Lilith on Torment 4; if your damage is high enough, you can delete her before the messy parts start and save yourself a headache.
The Broiler gamble loop is the season's workhorse
The big shift this season is how good The Broiler feels to farm. Each kill can dump roughly 3,600–4,000 Fresh Meat into your lap, and that turns into pure volume at the Slaughterhouse Vendor. You're not hoping for a miracle drop off one kill; you're rolling the dice hundreds of times. Need Ring of Starless Skies? Roll rings until your eyes glaze over. The odds are still stingy, but the currency comes in so fast that you'll actually see results if you stick with it. And don't ignore Obols either—Purveyor of Curiosities can cough up a Mythic now, which sounds fake until it happens to you.
Reputation Board cheese with a fresh alt
A lot of veterans are quietly abusing the Reputation Board because Tier 24 hands out a Resplendent Cache stuffed with materials. The quick method is simple: roll a new alt, move Meaty Offerings through your stash, then crank difficulty to Penitent for the 175% XP boost. After that, live in Helltides. Do events, scoop cinders, open chests, repeat. You'll hit level 60 fast, and the reputation fills in way sooner than you'd expect, especially if you're not stopping to micromanage every drop.
A simple rotation that doesn't feel like punishment
The smoothest routine is to start in Helltides, focus the 250-cost chests for sigils and materials, then use those resources to summon Bloodied Lair Bosses for Fresh Meat and tributes. Sprinkle in Infernal Hordes when you want reputation to move, then dump everything at the vendors and keep targeting the slot you're missing. If you're short on time or you'd rather skip some of the slower resource gathering, a lot of players use eznpc to pick up currency or items and get back to the parts of the grind that actually feel fun.
